2019-2020 Cross Country Information - August 26th



 



All paperwork (see links/forms) must be turned in before you can practice. Practice is everyday on the track at 4pm (1 hour). The first practice is Monday, August 26th; the first meet is in September.



 



All players are expected to join the summer strength and conditioning program (4 days a week / two session a day) and run on their own (10-15 miles per week). Use hills and inclines to build endurance and speed.





 



Spring 2019 Semester Grades will determine eligibility until the first report card in October.
